REFUND POLICY

1. Overview
We want you to be satisfied with your investment in our programs and services. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Breakers Creator Academy
Monthly Membership: You may cancel your monthly membership at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the Breakers Creator Academy within your first 30 days of membership, contact us at [email protected] and we will issue a full refund of your first month's payment. This guarantee applies to first-time members only.
Annual Plans: Annual memberships are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not accessed more than 20% of the course content. After 14 days or after accessing more than 20% of the content, annual memberships are non-refundable.
3. 1-on-1 Consulting
Consulting engagements are custom, high-touch services. Due to the significant time and resources invested in preparing for each engagement, all consulting fees are non-refundable once the engagement has commenced.
If you need to cancel a consulting engagement before it begins, please notify us at least 7 business days in advance. Cancellations made with at least 7 business days' notice may be eligible for a credit toward a future engagement, at our sole discretion.
4. Digital Products and Courses
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales of standalone digital products, courses, and downloadable resources are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at [email protected] with:
- Your full name and email address used for purchase
- The product or program you purchased
- Your order number or payment confirmation
- The reason for your refund request
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
6. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or credit card company without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and provide evidence of your purchase and use of our services. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent suspension from our programs.
7. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
